Two great groups that helped me draw my boundaries on tolerating behavior, online and off: https://culturesofdignity.com/. and https://urstrong.com/ I started both for my kids, but both helped me decide to quit a job without rancor (because the instructors make it clear that if someone does a bad action and is rewarded for it, they do it again, and again, and that's on us all for tolerating and/or rewarding bad behavior and we can't be that surprised when it comes out that this behavior existed. Then both groups provide strategies for making decisions in such an environment, especially if you 'feel' powerless, like a child might.)
